Brief Escapes

One of the things that I really miss about living in San Luis Obispo County is being able to get away from civilization in 45 minutes or less.  Feeling claustrophobic?  Thoughtful?  Stressed?  Just wanna see something wild and beautiful?  Well you’re not far away!  Just hop in your car and cruise out to Montaña de Oro or up to San Simeon.  Take a stroll around Santa Margarita Lake.  Go rock hopping in Santa Rita Creek.   I look forward to a time when I’ll be able to have this freedom again.
